DW sports gym membership cancellation

I'm trying to contact DW to cancel my membership but found contact details are wrong but cant change them online so emailed them to get them changed so i can proceed but no response. I can't get through on telephone as always engaged and left emails on the website address they suggest and also rang my gym but can't get anywhere. How on earth can I get it cancelled ? Any ideas ?
