Child Maintenance Review

Hi,
I'm posting to ask a question for a friend. She has been divorced for 10 years, and the ex pays £280 a month for 2 children . This amount was based on him taking the kids 2 days a week, something they haven't done in a long time. Even with this, he refuses to increase his payments,

He is earning we believe £45k plus and has a nice company car and based upon, so if we do a review online it comes out for more than this.
Diplomacy hasn't worked and after 3 years of trying for an increase, another approach is needed.

How would people suggest approaching this?

Thanks

Yes contact the CMS unless he is self employed as some self employed people can hide income quite easily for cms calculations

There is always the risk that the payments will be reduced.
