Old bankruptcy

Hiya
Not sure if anyone has any idea, but I went bankrupt approx 20 years ago, I have moved several times since then so don't have the official documents, does anyone know where I could find the date and reference number for when I filed for bankruptcy all those years ago?

Oh just remembered it's listed in the London Gazette but don't know what information it shows

Thanks the paper only said my name and filed for bankruptcy, but no other details. I will try the courts thanks, stepchange need this info for a current DRO 😏

Apologies flip flop the Gazette does indeed give all the details I've just checked mine.

It doesn't need to be exact.
Have you ever been bankrupt? Yes
When was this? 2000 
As long as you're not currently showing as bankrupt on the insolvency register it's not a problem

Thank you, I have just put on the form I was bankrupt 20 years ago and all exact details have been lost in transit. I hope that doesn't go against me.

@luvchocolate. i read her post in that they'd checked the newspaper that she'd appeared in as could happen back then. Thought maybe they'd kept a copy of the paper. Though if they had done that they would have kept other paperwork I suppose.
