My colleague spoke to our manager. I’m not sure how the conversation went but she will be entitled to then bank holidays in lieu. She will take them at a time when we are overstaffed. Perfect compromise. I will not bring my own holiday up for other reasons but in case anyone else who is off on a Monday Has questions regarding bank holidays this was the outcome at our company 😁nicechap said:Sounds like a typo.

Sounds like your colleague is an ace negotiator, they already had 3 days more leave than you and are now getting Bank Holidays on top.Kirri1997 said:
