    Sounds like a typo.

Good luck with your legal arguments, I'll sign out now but do let us know how it all turns out.
It’s definitely not a typo. It was confirmed very clearly at the meeting and in writing.
Either way, that wasn’t my question.

My part time colleague is emailing our boss because she wants to.. I won’t take this further with them but will update the thread re: her outcome in case anyone’s interested ☺️

My colleague spoke to our manager. I’m not sure how the conversation went but she will be entitled to then bank holidays in lieu. She will take them at a time when we are overstaffed. Perfect compromise.  I will not bring my own holiday up for other reasons but in case anyone else who is off on a Monday Has questions regarding bank holidays this was the outcome at our company 😁

Sounds like your colleague is an ace negotiator, they already had 3 days more leave than you and are now getting Bank Holidays on top.

Well they are offering it to all staff now. I am probably resigning anyway due to family illness. But that’s a whole other story...
