Arrow Global advice please

Hi, I am after some advice please from you lovely people. For the last 5 months arrow global have been putting missed payments on my credit file for what looks like a credit account dating back to 2011. I know nothing about this and have not made any payments towards this previously. I have emailed arrow global and written to them several times. They have only emailed me back once to ask me to confirm security details and confirm I am happy to communicate with them via email which I responded to immediately. But I have heard nothing from them since. I have also written to them to request CCA with the £1 postal order, again no response. My question is what next as this is having a real detrimental effect on my credit file month after month, which is so frustrating for a ‘debt’ that I know nothing of and one from so long ago that has never been defaulted etc. The total amount of the debt is recorded as £760 on my credit file. On their letters to me there is no way of paying them just a contact number and address.
