Factoring in the broader economic conditions that now prevail will be no great surprise to see a hardening of lending rates/tighter criteria from many lenders.0

I wondered that. My broker last month said I could get 1.62. since then I’ve seen the same product at 1.65 and the lower ones I’d found before are no longer coming up on comparison or bank websites0
