Requesting CCA from Cabot

Hi All!
A year ago I requested a copy of my credit card CCA from Halifax, which unfortunately they were able to provide (damn you Halifax for keeping your paperwork so organised!). Since then they've sold the debt to Cabot.
If I was to now ask Cabot for a copy of the CCA how likely would they be able to produce it? Would they contact Halifax and request a copy?? Would Halifax have kept it after selling the debt???
