90% Mortgages?

We are looking to move house which means that we are no longer FTB. We have spoken to Nationwide (current provider) who are only offering 90% mortgages to FTB only which puts us in a bit of a predicament.

Does anyone know if there are any providers offering 90% yet?

HSBC are probably your best bet although not easy to deal with at the moment

Frances13 - HSBC are. Do an online in principle application and then give them a call for next steps if approved. Their online portal is/was having a few issues and you may need to arrange an appointment for a few weeks time. This is what I just went though.

If you are unsure though it would be best to call for advice. The advisers are very helpful.

I had a telephone appointment with a HSBC mortgage advisor (I'm at FTB with 10% deposit) on 13th July and got my offer on 18th July (I think the valuation was done on 16th).
Don't get me wrong the previous weeks were a bit painful, after overcoming numerous IT problems I had to wait 2 weeks for the zoom appointment (non-advised for 10% has been stopped) but the MA was very good and the end process was really quick.

Thanks all! We have got a DIP with HSBC now, just waiting to see if our offer is accepted before proceeding with the next steps!
