Overseas and in debt

I would like to explain my situation a little. I spend most of my 20s gradually increasing my debt without my income to the point where it was about £11,000 which was completely unsustainable at the time. I was making minimum payments and doing money transfers to keep up those minimum payments, using up my overdraft and starting again. I basically couldn't afford to live on the wage I was on, and pay off debts.

Thankfully, I got another job and have now reduced this to £5350 across 2 credit cards in a little under 2 years and have now increased payments to £300 a month. I have been doing this by the credit card shuffle, whereby one company offers me a 0% interest deal with a fee (usually 4% ish) for around 10-12 months. There are better deals on the market but I'm terrified of being declined for a new card due to not living in the country. I could put my parents UK address and try that way, or keep doing the credit card shuffle.

What worries me is one of the credit card companies no longer offers me any deals, the other one does but I will have to do a money transfer to then pay off one balance on the same card which is coming to the end of its interest free period. Does anyone know what the situation is for people living abroad? If I use my parents address to apply for a new card, could I encounter any problems? I don't want to say where I live as I am sure that they will instantly decline me. I have nothing in the UK except debt - all taxes, residency and income is in Spain.

I think I will continue just paying the 4% fees and shuffling around to get 0% but any advice would be appreciated.
