Audi Car Finance Approval

Hi,

I am starting a new job in September (currently a band 6 nurse) and for this job I need a car. With this job I get a car allowance of £500pm. I have wanted an A1 for ages so I test drove a 2016 A1 at the weekend and put 1k deposit down for it. I plan to put a further 1k down. I gave all my details for the finance on the day but today the salesman called me and said the finance company have requested my last 3 months bank statements. I am now worried there may be an issue. At the end of each month my statements show quite a low balance (just before I get paid again). Is this something that may go against me? I have never missed payments with any bills etc and on the electoral roll. Prior to this they had not asked me about my current income so maybe it’s for that reason? Has anyone had experience with this?

Lots of people, but that's not important right now..

Just provide the statements.  As long as it doesn't show too many transactions to drug dealers and hookers, you'll probably be fine.
