Is now a good time to offer a 'Full & Final Settlement' to a Debt Company?

Hi All!
I was hoping maybe somebody had some recent knowledge or insight that could help me with this?
I'm in a position where I can possibly make a F&F offer on my debts with Cabot (they own the debts). They've declined my offer in the past, but I was wondering if because of the current situation they may reconsider, or would it be better if waited until things go back to 'normal' again?
I am not on a repayment plan, I make monthly £1 payments towards the debts. The money is a gift, I am unable to add to the pot to increase it.
Thank you in advance for any help and advice, it is much appreciated.
