Help! Surprise 30th Birthday trip ideas

Hi all,

My partner turns the big 3 0 March 2021 and I wanted to surprise him with around 4 nights away somewhere. 

I’ve been thinking about booking Vegas for it for months now and was so close to booking it the other night however for some reason Vegas came up in conversation today and he told me it really wouldn’t interest him )even though he loves casinos) So now I’m really stuck for ideas!!

Heres the catch we get married in June 2021 and New York is part of our honeymoon otherwise I wouldn’t have to think twice about where to take him!

Looking to go for 3-5 days 
Budget is around £650pp

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
