Holland & Barrett 25% discount - beware!

Just a warning to others, or maybe I've just been unlucky or done something wrong.  Very annoyed that my online order (yesterday) did not give me the promised free delivery - I was relying on it being taken off after my address was given, then again when I went through to Paypal, but no, so I've been charged.  Now trying to get hold of H & B's customer service, I'm not holding my breath.  Have found them to be next to useless in the past (& that was before lockdown!).  No online chat available and after 20+ mins on the phone, was cut off.  Ahhh, hope others didn't get stung too.

Your thread title states 25% discount but your issue is about free delivery? 
They are currently giving free delivery if you spend £25, if you spent this amount then contact CS and try early morning and you will get through.
