Ssp stopping

Hi im currently on the sick snd my ssp is stopping on 20th aug, got a shielding letter up to 16th aug. Been given form from employer, but worried if i can claim my full pay. I have uc as i have a young child and only work part time. Would it b better to come off sick as il am classed as extremely vulnerable as im having chemothery. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

One little point. Regardless of what your letter states, all shielding is paused from the 1st August unless you have been told different after the 8th July when the change was issued

If your GP is willing to provide a medical certificate saying you are not fit for work due to chemotherapy, you will be able to continue claiming UC on the basis of illness.

In Wales it's the 16th August.
