Mortgage confirmation form help

Hi just looking for help on completing my mortgage confirmation form. I might be over thinking this, my solicitor isn't available to answer my question and I want to get this sent ASAP.
The form says: "The balance purchase monies will be supplied by me from my own resources. These funds are to come from:- ...................................."
I am guessing 'balance purchase monies' is referring to the completion deposit? What do I put? Savings? My bank account?? Savings and gift???
We are using savings and £2500 gift from partners stepdad (lender knows about it). Apologies if this seems like a stupid question, it has been a hard week and I am badly suffering from preggo brains.
