Hi,
Me and my partner are FTB’s and have recently been given an AIP with Leeds building society on their 1.89% 2 year Help to Buy mortgage. We have it agreed for 117k. My income is 18,065, hers 22,465.
We have £2400 in a help to buy isa and the rest of the deposit (£5300) is coming from a gift from a family member.
We both have PCP cars, 1 for £308 my side and My partners £339. I have an outstanding CC balance with barclays for £982 although this was £3500 a few days ago until i paid the majority off so my equifax/experian doesn't show that yet.
I also have a few other direct debits for items at Currys (£57pm) and a watch for (£67pm). Both finish in 2022
My broker has requested 4 months statements and payslips.

Im worried about the statements as over lockdown ive spent the majority of my time on xbox purchasing games and downloadable content so this shows a lot on my statements. One month nearly £400 has been spent. The others are £100 or less. Is this something i need to worry about?
