Does Cex ever honour their guarantee?

I'm looking for a secondhand laptop as I can't afford to buy new. I thought the Cex site looked great but I'm a bit dubious about the 2 year warranty on everything. I'm reading reviews by people who say they never honour the warranty. Does anyone on here have any experience buying from Cex? I bought a digital voice recorder once and it worked fine. No problems.
Don't mess with pensioners.

Yes I have had the warranty honoured a few times, Most recently with my sons Nintendo Switch controllers, they have a drift problem and I took them in to my local store and they didn't have any replacements so ordered some in and let me know once the replacements had arrived. When looking at reviews you have to be wary as they get a lot of chancers in the shop, and the warranty covers warranty issues, not wear and tear, Not damage, not neglect and there are a lot of people out there who try and abuse the system for something that is their fault. I always buy with confidence from there, But also be wary some stores are franchises so if ever any issues always reach out via email to the support team.0
