  • If you tick the box to say its cleared each month then they will ask for proof.  If you've got room in the affordability it'd best lto leave it unticked then they don't get bogged down with pointless proofs

    Might be worth looking elsewhere given Halifax or not that good a lender, no so good  retention deals and loading small loans means you have to move away from them eventually.

    Broker says don't know why they have dropped the amount How long ago was that first number produced?
    Have they bothered to check elsewhere yet.
