it won’t submit it just says error every time. I’ve scrolled and ticked the box too.

Have you finalized your address, meaning not only the post code and then choose your nearest optician. Try again, it worked for me.

If you use autofill for the postcode it does not allow you to choose their drop down option. Type your postcode and you should be fine :-)

If you have adblock you need to disable it
