Countrywide surveying

Does anyone have experience with Countrywide surveying they could share?

We have a mortgage agreed subject to valuation with Santander and the valuation was instructed on Tuesday 14th. Legal & General have panelled it to Countrywide, but we've now found out that the valuation is not booked until the 28th and they couldn't do it any earlier. We were hoping to complete at the end of this month.

It's a new build property so my mortgage advisor thinks it will be fairly straightforward but I'm really concerned about it coming back undervalued from their Google reviews..
