Ah cool - Makes sense to do the checks prior to them paying for a Valuation. Hopefully all goes through for you. Hoping i hear something back end of next week

has some of you been contacted directly by Leeds underwriters then? 

If you have did you go via a broker or do it directly? 

I went through a broker so I only here updates via them. But I have seen some people on here go Via a broker and still get updates via the underwriters? 

I only get updates via my broker.

My updates come from the broker who have in turn been contacted by Leeds with requests from the underwriters.

Hey Holly - I was contacted directly as i didn't go through a broker. However, i have not received any letters like some people have , it was 1 email to say they have assessed me and awaiting valuation
