We are part exchanging with a developer and agreed a deal today. We aren’t using a broker and have an email from Virgin Money stating ‘a strong indication to lend’ after using their Eligibility Checker, which we were told was the same as getting an AIP.
We have a 32% deposit, but wondering if anyone has any experience of the application process when applying direct? As we can only find people who have applied through brokers.
