Second Home Mortgage after using Help to Buy

Hi, is it possible to get a second mortgage for a second home after using Help to buy for the first one. The scenario is that we used help to buy with my brother for his house and now I want to get a second mortgage for my home without the help to buy as you can only use it once. Not for letting. The second mortgage will be my main home and will be taking it together. Also, what deposit percentage will I need. Thanks.
