My partner and I got our mortgage offer through on Thursday. Are new build was completed two weeks ago now and we are desperate to get in. From meeting with solicitor and signing the deeds how quickly can we get the funds transferred in order to move in?

Next Tuesday or maybe Wednesday 😊
Why not speak to the solicitor and developer of the new build !0 -
What's your legal completion date? You should have one. That's your move in date x0

If its HTB you need ATE and ATC .
ATE is 4 working days ( the day you apply doesn’t count ) and ATC is 3 working days ( apply day doesn’t count) . If it’s without HTB you can complete on exchange.Considering you have all the searches etc done and he will complete on exchange Wednesday.
HTB Wednesday but week after as HTB requires certain timeframes etc.0
