Move houses and cant find a 90% LTV mortgage
Borrowing: £720k and we are not a First time buyers.
Does anyone know of any lenders out there (direct or via brokers) who may be able to assist with this at all?
Many (many many) thanks

Speak to a local broker as this might require a bit of searching0

My sourcing system is only bringing up 1 lender at 4.49% doing Sharia mortgages. Otherwise it doesnt look like it.
Big mortgages equal bigger risk at the moment. High value properties are more likely to take a hit on house prices than lower ones where demand it higher. Looks like lenders just not wanting to take the risk.
Not sure why some are doing FTB rather than homemover though. Probably for the good press that they are supporting the ftb market0 -
How far are you off 15%? There may be a way around it0

Thanks all.
It's fair whack between 10 and 15% and would prefer to reserve the cash at 10%.
Do you, as mortgage advisers, know if any 10% mortgages are coming onto the market this week? Thank you again0 -
Ouch!! 4.49 is just crazy, isn't it?Deleted_User said:My sourcing system is only bringing up 1 lender at 4.49% doing Sharia mortgages. Otherwise it doesnt look like it.0 -
Well it's a very niche product so the cost of setting it up, funding it, and operating it, has to be met by much fewer people0

Look to 15%, 10% deposit at the level for a homemover is not going to happen anytime soon.I am a Mortgage Broker

There may be a way around it but it will depend on incomes and affordability0

The market still seems very dry for these mortgages. I had hoped for new products this week.0
