Covid 19 has resulted in serious financial changes, my Mercedes PCP finance agreement is causing great concern, have written to Mercedes three times for options but nothing really helps. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

If you've paid more than 50% of the total price of the vehicle including the balloon payment then you can just hand back the keys.

If not then an option is to find someone to buy it and settle the finance.

Your only other option is to come to a payment arrangement with Mercedes. If you don't pay what they're asking they're within their rights to take back the car.
