Tsb 10year mortgage

Good evening, 

We are taking out this on a remortgage, the product offers Free standard legal work. Does that actually mean I will have to pay anything for the remortgage or will everything go through free?

    A remortgage should be straightforward in legal terms.

    Why not ask the bank? Or financial adviser handling the case they will tell you what “free means”? 
    Initial mortgage bal £487.5k, current £258k, target £243,750(halfway!)
    Mortgage start date first week of July 2019,

    Target is to pay it off in 10years(by 2030🥳).
