Bankruptcy in Scotland - a couple of questions (contributions, and PPI refunds)

Options
Hello - to note, I'm in Scotland and was made bankrupt in Scotland under those regulations.
After a long time of panicking and burying my head in the sand I was finally declared bankrupt in 2017 and discharged in 2018. I have been making a monthly contribution and completing a regular income/expenditure profile for my trustee. I'm not clear on how long I keep paying a contribution for - can anyone give me a steer?

Separately, last week I got a letter from my credit card company saying they were reviewing their PPI files and that I hadn't cashed the cheque they issued in 2016. I am 100% certain they didn't send a cheque but I got in touch with them anyway and they said they'd issue the refund into my bank account. I just checked with them to see what the timeline would be and they've said that because I have been bankrupt the money goes to my trustee, even though they issued the uncashed refund in 2016, a year before I went bankrupt. Is this one I'm just going to have to suck up?

Unfortunately as it is from before your bankruptcy date you are just going to  have to suck it up.
