This isn't really a premium bank account, but a premium version of their app. There's also a retailer discount package but right now it's a little embarrassing.

I can't see myself paying £5 / month for a banking app.

Yes the normal limits apply, £5 - £300 per transaction and up to £1000 every 6 months

are people that excited about paying £60 a year for a shiny debit card without any rewards, cashback etc? 
the fee free withdrawals from abroad is nice, but I doubt many people will be travelling that much this year!
seems like a lot of money for very little.
