Desk top Valuation

Hi,
I have applied for the mortgage through adviser from Barclays. I have been confirmed that desk top valuation has been taken. But I am still waiting for the decision. On 13/07/2020, the asked for 2017/18 tax calculation although 2018/19 and 2019/20 tax calculation has been supplied before.
Desk top valuation means the case has been approved?
Please advise me.
