DMP, NatWest and missed payments

Hi
As part of my DMP (which is through step change)  I have a NatWest credit card and NatWest overdraft. Other than a period in 2018 when I had a medical issues that meant I was off work I have paid the full amount of my DMP each month (during the rocky period in ‘18 I did some reduced payments and some token £1 payments).

However, I’ve noticed on my credit score that each month I am getting a missed payment from NatWest. Can they still mark it as a missed payment even though they are getting money through my DMP?
