    Great, thanks Deleted_User that's good news! My only remaining problem is credit cards. I think the broker has delayed the application awaiting my July payslip as I will have some back pay and pay rise. Nationwide will need my credit card balance at 0 by completion and it doesn't look like I have enough time to repay them but I guess they will assess that in the full application. Unless I sell my car, I might just about do it and I don't need my car at the moment but that seems a bit extreme..!
