Halifax Mortgage Offer - Paper copy

Hi all 
Had our mortgage offer accepted 8th July with Halifax, we were told to expect to receive the paper copy in the post within 5 working days. Post has been today and nothing there. Tomorrow will be the 6th working day.

For anyone that has had a mortgage offer from Halifax recently, please could you let me know how long it took to receive the paper copy in the post?

It took around a week for my copy to be delivered home

It took 10 days for ours to arrive in the post. It was dated 1 July but we only received it on the 11th - can't tell if that was down to Royal Mail or it just sat in a Halifax post tray for a week.

Hi! 

We’re waiting for our hard copy too, got the soft copy approval letter around 10 days ago, no sign of the postal copy yet though.
