I’ve taken out a guarantor loan.
the interest is so high I can’t afford to pay .
my circumstances have changed.
how can I check if I’ve been miss sold?

You send your complaint reasons to the lender.
But change of circumstances won't count amongst them.
You might want to give the heads up to your guarantor.0 -
Do you know the interest rate, monthly payment, length of the term before you tricked the guarantor into taking out the loan for you?
Thought so, so you have mis-bought.
You better let the guarantor know and they should arrange for a lower rate loan to clear this one to save them a ton of money. Nice hustle by the way.0 -
Not a pleasant story. I DO assume you have told the guarantor in order for him/her to do as foxy-stoat has recommended already.0
