I booked my daughters birthday party with flip out for 23rd March given the fact we went into lockdown i rearranged it for 7th august. Now as things have not changed much and yes lockdown is easing but the venue is still closed I have been emailing to tell them I would like a refund. However they are point blank refusing saying that the venue is due to open and the end of the month. However that leaves me in an awful situation as I cant contact the guests she wishes to attend (10 of them) plus im certain most won't want to come and i dont feel comfortable taking her to such an enclosed environment, also most of the parts within the establishment i cant see been open as they wouldnt be able to follow the strict sanitary and social distance rules. Please help, how can I enfore them to refund me.
