Lowell Financial Statement Request for Lloyds CC debt

I had credit card debt with Lloyds, Lowell purchased the debt a few years ago, and I have recently offered Lowell a Full and Final settlement for debt. In the full and final offer I explained I have large debts accrued and gave the total figure, and how much I could raise to pay Lowell in settlement.
I did the same with my debts to another debt agency, and the other debt agency accepted my offer.
Lowell have come back an requested I complete and return their Standard Financial Statement asking me about all of my assets, debts, income and expenditure. This information is very detailed and complicated.
Do I have to complete and return it? What should I do next?

They are required to do so by the FCA, to make sure you can afford the payment, at least they are following due dilligence. If you want the deal to go ahead, just fill in what your comfortable with, you are under no obligation to do so, but then neither are they to accept your offer, swings and roundabouts.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
