Getting money back on cancelled appointments

Hi I’m hoping someone can give me some advice on where I stand Legally with this situation. I booked appointment for Botox and fillers which I have paid out £250 for (with another £100 to pay at appointment) however this has now been cancelled by the salon (due to covid restraints they say) and they are not giving me the chance to rebook, I have asked for my money back but they are now ignoring my emails. I don’t know what to, I know I shouldn’t have paid them at all but they would not secure the booking without payment and I was pretty desperate to secure the appointment. Surely the salon has a legal Obligation to pay customers back if they cannot rebook?
