I have a mortgage offer and was close to buying a house when the sellers pulled out. Can I use the same mortgage offer on another property?

You will need to speak to the lender. They will need to re-assess the new property to make sure they are happy with it but some lenders will require a brand new application which will mean you will have to apply under the new products etc0
