Wages

So I'll told that I'm.paid 2 weeks I have worked and 2 weeks I haven't worked . Pay day is the 15th , so if I leave on the last day of the month ,how much would I owe from my wages ??

Err, nothing? Unless you have taken more leave than you are entitled to, or there is some other complication in the way they calculate your wages.

Or, in some circumstances, if you leave without giving notice - is that your plan? Because if you give notice, you can always check what the situation will be.

Pay day is in the middle of the month, presumably covering the whole month (the 2 weeks already worked, plus the 2 weeks remaining in the month). If you leave on the last day, you're all square in terms of basic wages.

Except for most Februarys, months are not exactly 4 weeks long.
The two weeks in arrears and two weeks in advance statement is a rough generalisation unless you are actually paid every four weeks rather than monthly.
