Mortgage application and Electoral Roll - just moved house

Hi.
We sold our house approximately 2/3 weeks ago and are now in rented after our onward purchase fell through. We hope being chain free will put us in a better position to buy our next home. Well we've been really lucky and found a house within weeks that is pretty much our 'forever home' and have had an offer accepted on! Obviously we've only been in this rental for a few weeks - we've had all the bills moved over including council tax and today we received a letter from the council saying we'll be added to the electoral roll on the 3rd August. Is this going to hold us back when applying for our mortgage as we'll most likely be doing it before the 3rd? We'll be using the same lender/draw up the mortgage from our previous house so we can claim the refund on the Early Repayment Charge. Prior to this we've been on the electoral roll for 10+ years and we were able to get a mortgage in principle using the new rental address with no problems. Am I panicking over nothing?
