No one gives you a CCJ, there is a civil procedure to follow in order for that to happen, you will get plenty of notice.
Creditors will normally just pass your account to a debt collector or sell it, no court.

Hi one of my creditors will not accept £1 payment unless i fill in income expenditure Form and send them bank statements. I have filled in the form but they are tellin me its company policy they need bank statements , which i am not prepared to share. Ive cancelled the direct debit but they just keep setting up a new one. Is there anything i can do x

May I just ask something... in your SOA you have contents insurance but not buildings insurance but you have a mortgage and are not renting? Can I check that you actually have a joint buildings/contents insurance but you marked it as just contents?
