Worried about past mistake on DBS check and now getting a new DBS

So a couple of years ago I got a DBS check for a four month volunteering thing I was doing. From what I remember, I don't think I put my previous surname (I changed it via deed poll) on the application. I didn't do this intentionally to try and hide anything, I don't have any cautions or convictions. I just didn't realise the importance of putting it on there (dumb I know). Nothing happened, and the DBS went through.
However, I might have to get another DBS for a job I'm applying for in the present and obviously I will put my previous surname on the new application. However, I'm really worried that I might get in trouble for this mistake on my previous DBS. Should I be worrying so much about this or am I being paranoid?

    You're being paranoid! Stop worrying.
