Just wanted to do a thread for anyone continually searching like I was on Accord current timelines for remortgages
80% remortgage
applied 26/6 via broker
referred waiting more info
hard search 30/6 and DIP
mortgage valuation done 03/07
Mortgage offer 10/7
solicitor information and emails with questionnaires etc received 10/7
says average 10days from that point so I’ll let you know
so far really impressed
current mortgage with Kensington on 2 year deal ends this month they offered a new rate etc but decided to remortgage elsewhere
