Hello everyone,

Number of days from request date to settlement date 28

Settlement Calculation

Outstanding Balance 1892.14

Accrued Interest since last charge 23.39

Accrued Insurance since last charge 0.00

Interest to settlement date 93.56

Insurance to settlement date  0.00

CCA Fee 100.25

Late Fee and NSF Fees 0.00

Deferrment Fee 0.00

Total 2109.34

Firstly, they have counted 1 less payment than my partner has actually made. Secondly, I don't really understand how they are working out the accrued interest and interest to settlement date charges using the data they have provided. Could somebody also explain what a CCA fee is? There is no mention of this fee anywhere on my partner's loan agreement.

I would appreciate it if someone could explain this a little clearer for me, it's a nightmare asking them to send me more information.

Thank you
