Bounce back loan credit checks

I'm being credit checked for a bank account before I'm able to apply for a bbl. My business is profitable and has very good credit but I have a personal IVA so I'm being rejected before get the chance to apply.
What can I do?
I had applied through my bank which is tide but they have stopped offering loans.
What they are doing is surely against the whole point of bounce back loans.
Any ideas

TBH if you're amidst an IVA and the business isn't a limited company, the IVA will prevent you from taking out a BBL anyway.
