M & S Parcel - Redelivery help

Hi everyone Don’t laugh but recently ordered various items from M and S and did not notice I had used a very old address as shipping (yes I know) and was unable to change during order process - it went to a nursing home (!) who kindly held until a kind relative could pick up for me. My point is relative does not have a printer and is trying to stay out of shops at the moment - Is there a parcel delivery service that does not require printing a label that I can organise and pay for from afar and have parcel picked up from my relatives home or a simple drop off by them and have delivered to me. Parcel is under 5kg and delivery is within UK.
