    I'm sorry to say but this is an old offer and your not going to receive the shower gel. This keeps getting posted time after time and people are just giving their personal details away for free.

    i doubt they will..it says this on their main website
    After running a free sample promotion for a number of years, Original Source has had to discontinue the offer with immediate effect from 01.11.2007
