NVQ Hospitality Supervisor

I have recently completed a level 3 NVQ In hospitality supervising with my workplace. I am thinking about doing level 4 with them. Is it worth it and what type of job roles/career paths could I go down with it? I don’t particularly like customer facing roles as I’m not a people person- could I go down any particular avenue with this in mind ?
