We exchanged contacts on our house move on Monday. We COMPLETE on the 17th of July next week. Does anyone know if we qualify for the new stamp duty reduction?

We completed on the 6th July only 2 days before the governments announcement of no stamp duty on the 8th July!! Do I have a chance of reclaiming this payment??0
