I've just been sent a month free of the calm app.

I'm trying to figure out how it works since there's so much content, it's confusing.

Can you download sessions? I click the cloud top right but nothing happens?

With downloaded sessions can you use them once the free subscription expires?

Anyway to dim the nature noises during the talks as they're maybe loud/distracting a little

Also do you prefer the calms app to head space?
